A very special week for #TeamNS and only 9 Saturdays to the Convoy!

What a special week for our #Athletes!

Returning with 67 medals from the National Games in @Vancouver2014 to enjoy the interview with Global Halifax Morning http://globalnews.ca/video/1458893/nova-scotia-special-olympians-win-67-medals-at-summer-games.

On July 19, Motionball Halifax @MotionballHFX raised over $79,000 for our Athletes. Our own Special Olympics Nova Scotia Team led by Captain, Tanya Eisener exceeded their fundraising goal.  Thanks to the special efforts of Dave Jones and Richard Alderman with the support of many teams and our media partner  92.9 Jack FM @929JackFMca it is was a glorious day with our #Athletes.

On July 20, it keeps rollin’ on with Halifax Police Chase on @HFXPolicechase.  Can you catch a cop?  A 5K run and walk, fundraiser for Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) in support of Special Olympics Nova Scotia offered autographs and …..

Enjoy our #TeamNS14 Pictures at Vancouver 2014

After a beautiful opening ceremony, the National Special Olympic Games are off to an energetic start!

Team Nova Scotia ‘ reppin’ @Eastcoastlifestlyes decked out in their gear and many early successes in the first day of competition.
