- 7:00 am – 8:45 am: Meet & Greet with Reno Ward, Todd and Tamera Sturgis and Marc Springer from A& E Shipping Wars. Children’s entertainment performed by James Rockola and face painting. Presentation of the Lead Truck/Team Banner
- 8:45 am – 9:15 am: Sponsor Meet & Greet with special guests
- 9:15 am – 9:45 am: Opening/Safety Meeting/Trucker Buddy pairing
- 10:15 am: Trucks Depart
- 12:00 pm: Trucks Return (approximately), Charlie A’Court performs/ kids activities, Lunch
- 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Driver Awards/Raffle and Silent Auction
